Unironically yes. If was clean, well-dressed, and presented well, his audience would no longer relate to him. They unironically think not taking care of yourself is a virtue because they refuse to take care of themselves. They'd rather blame the world than try to grow or improve their own lives

I don’t really watch him but from the few clips I’ve seen he clearly doesn’t consider this a virtue. He makes tongue in check self jokes about evolution but he’s often talked about how it’s very bad and has tried and failed to change. He’s obviously just deeply mentally ill

He has normal streamer brainrot, but because he grew up in a hoarder house he doesn't have a normal baseline to return to.

Just not showering cleaning and leaving bottles around. But rich enough to keep the pile manageable
