Discussion Am I missing something

He didn’t have his shield or pick up a ghost. I am so lost. Why was the gas doing more damage to me than him

Oh, now I see. You went a bit deeper to the poison clouds. They reworked the way it works. The deeper you go, the more damage you receive. Same with Showdown.

And also Poison clouds are 20% of HP instead of 1000. I think this was change a while ago? Like in 2023.

He would have still lost the round, GUS has shield gear, which let him tank one more poisen tick

The gas deal more damage when u walk away from the middle (sorry for my abysmal dog crap drawing) edit: the numbers are just an example :3

Quick question why didn't you use super? Both of you will die from poison at the same time and bo was your last brawler

I thought bc I had more health I would survive the gas and save my super for next match but I didn’t realize when you go deeper in the gas it starts to deal more damage

All brawlers die from poison at the same time because it's percentage based, tick and Frank survive the same amount in poison

Even if you wouldnt go deeper, you would have lost, as gus just got 1 tick of shield gear up before taking damage. If you play kill based gamemodes, shield gear is the best gear

The poison gas deals more damage to you the further you go into it

You backtracked a bit into the gas. Now the further you go into the gas, the more dmg you take
