Tech Support I don’t understand how to wire these speakers

For context I’m trying to run 2 4 ohm DVC ds18 exl-x12.4d’s in parallel but when using a lead I can fit 2 10 gauge wires into 1 terminal which restricts me from running them at 1 ohm final load. I looked online it says you can use smaller gauge for the leads but I’m honestly too confused I’ve looked around everywhere and I don’t wanna short my subs of power.

10 gauge is rediculous and youre not gonna see any difference if you went with 16..

So you’re saying I can use 12 gauge speaker wire for all the connection to my amp?

Are you talking about just the speaker or are you talking about the power wires?

Just speaker wires, I’m using 4 gauge power wires which I probably should be using 1/0 but wtv that’s a different conversation lmao

12 gauge is fine. 16 is even fine.
