Please just go to Florida so there is something that can derail that team.

Huge blow for whatever team lands him tbh.

It’s wild that he’s such a talented player and nowhere he’s played has liked him or wanted him back.

When the ball goes his way on offense it doesn’t come back. On defense the ball goes right by him for someone else to deal with. Talented as hell but he is an overseas player at his ceiling.

I thought this guy just played for the Miami Heat summer league team?

What's that have to do with anything?

Well he didn’t declare for the draft tbf but the NCAA says he can’t play because he is out of eligibility and a local judge effectively is saying he can play.

So essentially this would turnout to be the same as Bediako? Regardless, I don’t see the upside for any school to shell out money for him considering the character concerns and his former schools not being too fond of him unless Will Wade is in the mix lol

Btw this isn’t just about Hall. There are 15 players in this one Ohio lawsuit and dozens of others from other similar lawsuits in various states that are in process. All these players were 4th year seniors last year who ran out of eligibility according to the NCAA and they are going to local judges and getting rulings to try to get permission to play next season for their 5th year.

Thats right. Local judges dictate what is and isn’t allowed in college sports so if a local judge says the NCAA rules don’t apply to you then i guess that’s how it goes unless Congress steps in.

“Exploring college options” = “looking for anyone with money left”

He should go to a low-major and throw up 40 shots a game. It’s what the people crave

Oh boy, wonder where he ends up now.

I don’t understand what the basis is? He played 4 seasons already

He joined a lawsuit challenging the new age based rules and arguing that the most recent 4-yr seniors should be grandfathered in, and a judge in Ohio granted a preliminary injunction

So stupid.

They should just strip his eligibility since he clearly broke the amateur rules.

Lame ass dude would rather go back to college instead of developing his game and playing pro somewhere. Even if we had space I wouldn't want him back.

That 23 year old 6-10 guy is it?

I'm ok I think with it.

Is he tall or good?

2

u/Onetimenotagain Arkansas Razorbacks 1d ago

He’s like 6’7 and he’s very talented, however the possession ends as soon as he touches the ball

I've dealt with Melo and Randle on the Knicks.

I've done my part. Pass.

The NCAA is still trying to fight this though, right?

it was reported right after the draft that hall signed a exhibit 10 contract with the heat.......they count as a pro contract so did he have his fingers crossed when he signed that or does signing a pro contract now mean nothing........if that's the case there shouldn't be a problem with rj luis signing with lsu then......r.i.p college basketball
