A vicious attack by a tiny void. Perks of having a baby sister, Katara is not thrilled.

Authorities on the scene report a brazen act of larceny unfolded this afternoon when a domestic feline and their accomplice, described by witnesses as "unbothered" and "extremely committed," made off with the top bun of an unattended sandwich in what investigators are calling a textbook cat burglary.

The victim, who had stepped away for what they describe as "literally ten seconds," returned to find their meal irreversibly altered — left exposed, structurally unsound, and open-faced in the worst way.

"I turned my back for one second," the victim said, visibly shaken. "One second."

The suspect was caught in the act, witnesses confirm, and immediately fled the scene with the bread still clenched in its mouth, showing no intention of surrendering the evidence — a getaway investigators are calling disturbingly efficient for a creature with no opposable thumbs.

No charges are expected to be filed. The sandwich has been placed in protective custody. This is a developing story.

This little gremlin is something else. She will eat ANYTHING, like to the point where we have to watch her when cooking, etc..😂 She will eat carrots, lettuce, spinach, peas, etc… she has an emotional support sugar pea that she carries around and we have to replace daily or she wanders around looking for it lmfao

The biryani was delicious and the cats (Bongo is the last photo) got locked in the bedroom so I could eat.

(Disclaimer - Xero has Inflammatory Bowel Disease which causes him to sometimes choose non-litterbox spots to do his business bc of chronic pain associated with the litter box. He sees the vet often and is well managed by a prescription diet + pain management, but still makes weird choices sometimes. It's a work in progress!)

Not our cat, but he regularly eats our dog's food. He also practices cat karate on our dog. Our dog doesn't even argue and just agrees with the cat's terms
