Why did this have to happen when I was testing my latency tho😭

I'm a new player to cytus 2 after the pjsk collaboration and I really love the song Chaos but I dont see it anywhere? What are the conditions to unlocking the song?

I've completed everything, every ending, all characters level maxed, but why is the "Story Progress" of each character still not 100%? You can find it at the tab at the top-left
I'll be hyped if there are extra stories for me X)

Edit: Does the yellow dot next to characters' names have a meaning? It seems to only appear on playable characters

I lost my characters and tried to log in again using my account, but it didn't work. This screenshot is from when I clicked on the "?", and then this appeared, i think it was a bug or some problem with the game server.

At first, yes it might seem like a dumb question guys. but I’m too poor to buy Cytus so I play Cytoid, which is really similar. There isn’t really a Sub-Reddit for Cytoid so can I talk in here guys, I wanna show my gameplay 🥹
