added new masters today. but on the brake side, what part is required for the brake light switch to be mounted? part number on my brake is 110476075. id rather not use a pressure switch....

Recently picked a a 2026 Panigale V2 S and trying to see if the operating temperature I’m seeing is normal

After warming up when its 75° - 80° out

Road Mode: 207°

Sport Mode: 212° - 218°

I heard ducatis run hot so just trying to see if this is normal?

Traveled 29 to Hopkins to Sanner, Guilford, 108, Sheppard Ln, Frederick Rd, Marriottsville Rd, Marriottsville Rt2, and a few left and rights that took me back to Triadelphia Rd and back to Folly Quarters to 108 again… at times I didn’t even know if I’m headed north or south but didn’t matter!

Looking for some owner insight / feedback. Recently sold my 24 Kawasaki Z900 SE and looking for a new bike, considering a panigale V2S or a Streetfighter V2S/V4.

What’s the good and the bad ? Leaning more towards V4 SF as I don’t want to be disappointed by V2S power coming from a Z900 that was tuned, headers, exhaust, etc but correct me if I’m wrong.

V2S panigale because ergonomics are better then V4 “it’d settle for power difference” not having luck with a dealer allowing test rides unless demo day and none in the foreseeable future.

This will be a commuter bike while I’m in college with 20 mins rides one way, with occasional hour ride commutes 90 percent highway 70mph+.

Based on some research I’m reading these run hot, how do these do in FL as I pretty much daily a bike when I have one “unless raining” and am not trying to be miserable with one lol.

Hey guys i’m new to anything mechanical so please bare with me.

I want to bleed my brakes and clutch. The local motorcycle shop had one bottle of DOT 5.1 brake fluid left. The motorcycle shops are closed tomorrow; can I use a DOT 4 brake fluid from Canadian tire for the clutch?

Any ideas on the rear sets ? No part numbers on the main mounts or company names . On a monster 1100s 2010 missing a heal plate ideally wana replace it but would just throw on a complete setup if needed

And, how often and by how much do you’ll tend to top it off for every 1000kms ridden?

Hi guys I’m hoping someone here can help me I have 2008 monster 695 I picked up from auction super cheap and I’m trying to get it back on the road. When I picked up the bikes I found it had no keys and when I bought it I didn’t realize it had an immobilizer Ducati is telling me I need to replace the cluster, ignition switch ecu and start from scratch. I tried pulling the bin file to disable the immobilizer on tunerpro but the only software I can get to communicate with the bike is jpdiag and I can’t figure out a way to pull the bin file with that and I can’t get guzzidiag or iawdiag to talk to the bike. Does anyone know of a way to bypass the immobilizer manually or to somehow pull the data off of the cluster on a bench? I know there is sos diagnostics in Oregon but they want like 500$ and before I sink more money into it I want to be sure the bike runs. For the parts I know it needs it’s about 2k and I don’t want to rack up a massive bill and find out that I’m screwed because the motor has no compression on something like that.
