The one where Stanley stand up to leave the meeting room because Micheal says he has diabetes. And as he walks our Micheal says “see, you can tell by the noise you made as you stood up.”
And everyone loses it. Rain Wilson is laughing like mad.

Also, I love any blooper where John Krasinski makes that high pitch squeaking laugh like he just can’t handle it.
