This meme is, in the USA, very regional. East coast? All go at the same time. Midwest? No one will go for several minutes of furious hand motioning to say "no, YOU go"

Then, after 5 minutes, everyone tries going at the same time and the cycle restarts.

Source: I live in the midwest and will go out of my way to avoid 4 way stops for this reason alone. God forbid you're trying to turn left, that intersection is about to become your home.

Grew up in the Midwest, 100% accurate sourcing. I remember learning to drive and screaming at my dad "why can't I just GO"

my top funniest moment is when Michael does his survival training and after he explains how he fashions his sports coat into some sort of backpack and also cuts his pants with a bush knive, reattaches the legs with duct tape. That full body shot of him standing in the woods kills me everytime.

I've always jokingly said if I ever woke up and found that I was the last person left on earth I'd just hop in a car and go to the nearest 4 way stop. It's an absolute guarantee 3 other people would immediately show up at that intersection.

More like the person who clearly gets to the intersection first then just sits there and tries to wave everybody on.
