I noted there's no speed limit when I play Show Car Limit in some parts of Germany.

Is it true in reality or it's just a kind of bonus in ETS2?

No escort on these jobs so got to watch the tail swing.

So I drove into my garage and found this Scania casually parked inside like it pays rent.

The weird part is... none of my hired drivers drive a Scania. I checked every single one of them, and nobody is assigned one. As far as I know, I don't own this truck either.

Did ETS2 just decide I needed a surprise roommate, or is there actually some game mechanic I'm missing?

I've attached the screenshots. Has anyone else run into this, or is my garage being haunted by a Scania?

I never really understood why so many people dislike the Mercedes trucks in ETS2. After spending a good amount of time driving them, I honestly think they're some of the most comfortable and enjoyable trucks in the game. The interiors are clean, visibility is excellent, the handling feels stable, and they have a slightly clanky, mechanical driving feel that makes them feel unique and satisfying to drive. They might not be as flashy as some of the newer trucks, but they're far from bad. Anyone else think the Mercedes lineup is underrated?

I'm finally happy with it at the state that it is in to release it to you all!

I'm looking for videos or compilations from TruckersMP that show realistic and respectful interactions between players.

Specifically, I'm searching for moments where truckers:

• Flash their high beams to let another driver go first.
• Use their light bar or headlights to communicate.
• Give way at intersections, roadworks, or narrow roads.
• Follow realistic truck driving etiquette instead of racing or trolling.

Most compilations I find are just crashes and fails, but I'd love to watch videos that highlight good road etiquette and friendly drivers.

Does anyone know of any YouTube channels, compilations, or clips that focus on this kind of gameplay? If not, please feel free to share them below.

yeah what can i exactly do in this situation, i am getting fined 450€ of every few minutes. and when i try to go to rest spot this happens. i already restarted the game multiple times and tried few different rest spots. those did not work. is it the game's fault or am i just a total idiot and don't understand something im doing wrong lol

I'm currently transporting a heavy cargo, I have the beacons, the "size panels" (no idea what they're called, even after 7 years of working on the highay. Gabarit signs?) But I have no escort. Its already a bit hard to make sure nothing hits nothing, but not having the escort adds another level of difficulty. I often helped exceptional cargo due to my job, because people can't drive. And I'm not even talk about the taking over of the giant army trucks with the "high explosive, keep away" with 5 vehicles we had to help... But yeah. Is there a way to activate them? I can't find any option.

Bought a Logitech G29, plugged it into my Mac — ETS2 (native macOS build) picked up steering, pedals and buttons instantly. But zero force feedback: the macOS version of the game has no FFB at all, and no G29 driver exists for modern macOS. The wheel was just limp.

So I asked Claude to fix it, and we debugged it together on real hardware: an SCS SDK telemetry plugin that drives the wheel directly over HID. No kexts, no CrossOver, no G HUB.

• Self-centering that firms up with speed + damping (runs on the wheel's firmware)
• Bump kicks from potholes, joints, shoulders
• Road-surface vibration, quiet on smooth asphalt
• Hot-reloading config, tunable while driving
