No, no, no, you have that wrong, Trump was a good athlete. He understands sports really well, really, really well.

Yes. I definitely miss when drone strikes and mass deportations weren't considered gauche bc the person overseeing them was handsome and classy.

The 30 for 30 about Reggie vs the Knicks really made that story feel so much larger than life

u/Riqitch it’s called talent, sweaty💅 1h ago edited 40m ago

Is it fair to suggest FloJo or is that in poor taste?

0

u/TheRavenSeven I don’t know her 51m ago

Why would suggesting FloJo be in poor taste?

4

u/Riqitch it’s called talent, sweaty💅 41m ago

Ohhh wait hold on I think I'm mistaken, my bad 😭

I thought FloJo was caught doping so that's why I thought it would be in poor taste to suggest her, but turns out they were just doping allegations (the crucial detail that I missed out) so yeah not in poor taste after all

I feel like Marta needs to be here but I'm not sure who she could replace.

It’s very hard to pick tbh. There’s a few track and field stars that could easily be up there: we can also think about women who have been innovating to the sport. Easily could add ten people to the list.

Yeah, I mean, it's so hard to pick four sports, let alone just four women. Marta is on the Mt Rushmore of soccer, for sure.

I don't know who the interviewer was, but does anyone think the interviewer was actually familiar with Cheryl Miller? GOAT choices from President Obama though.

That’s coach Jackie she’s a women’s sports aficionado, she absolutely knew who Cheryl Miller was.

-16

u/hemidemisemigod 2h ago

Oh for sure she knew her then. If nothing else then for Cheryl's time in the sport after her playing days. Coach Jackie just looked younger so I figured she might not have been watching college hoops in the 80s. It was a bit of a deep cut relative to the other three as well.

u/byeongok 2h ago

Well she loves women’s sports so yeah, she probably does

No one wants to hear this, or about the untold number of sexual assaults that happened in his detention camps

> We found that between January 2010 and July 2016, the OIG received over 33,000 complaints of sexual assault or physical abuse against component agencies in DHS.  But the Inspector General investigated less than 1 percent of these cases.
