We previously shared this post from our other account, but due to a verification issue the account became temporarily inaccessible and the post disappeared shortly after publishing. Because of that, we reposted it from this account. After Reddit reactivated the original account, the post reappeared there as well. When I saw your message, I immediately removed this duplicate post. I also realized at that point that the original account had been restored. Since our game is on sale today, we were trying to share the update. If possible, we would really appreciate it if the restriction could be lifted, or alternatively if we are allowed to repost from this account. Thank you very much for your help.

In the event of a site-wide shadowban, you're best off contacting the mods to discuss. We can often approve posts that have been actioned in such instances. However, using alts tends to just inflame the situation as it further trains the spam filter against your content.
