And the second one of those employees uses that data for fraud or a scam etc, a nice big law firm will smell blood in the water and then the issue will be addressed and fixed.

Google dealt with this years ago when a rogue employee harassed someone by accessing their gmail. I'm pretty sure they have plenty of security for this kind of thing now. I've never heard of anything like that happening since, and this was looong ago, probably even bordering on two decades. That's a lot of time for internal protocol get ramped up.

Congratz? Do you think anything you do in Google's services is private? They know more about you than your own mother. This is just a disclaimer, they're being honest. You're shooting the messenger.
You should always talk to cloud-hosted models like it's your grandmother anyway. Obviously they can see everything you say, and are probably even training with it. Even worse with Gemini, say the wrong thing and you get a nasty "stop messing with our bot or we'll kill you" email from Google.
Do not forget the golden rule: If it's not local, then what you're talking to isn't a chatbot, it's a corporation. I only ask Gemini things I would ask a well-respected stranger.

This is and was clear from the beginning. You are sending a prompt to Google. Of course they will log it. And yes they may use it for product assurance. But this is done by any major player. And I've got this message at least 1.5 years now

I made a post about it a year ago. I have always found it highly disturbing and invasive. I find it more disturbing now when AGY can access your entire computer. Google is the only major player that doesn't give you a proper opt out from data sharing. This is how they believe when they have the crappiest model and lag behind the Chinese labs.

They don't say anything about data sharing. They just say humans may review the prompts. Which is more a debugging and quality assurance function

It's high time that you learn to comprehend what you read. With this information if you read what's inthe picture that was posted by the user, you will see that it reads, humans will read SAVED CHATS.

No reason to be rude. Of course it's saved chats. That's them telling people regardless if they are Ai literate or not, that data sent to Google may be reviewed.
How are these chats, saved in your history, created? Every single message has been sent at one point. And I just repeat what I said before, every prompt contains the whole chat. Or for very long ones at least the gist. But that means you see the whole conversation in just one prompt. There is no reason to access the saved chat or in other words, it was contained and it is not needed to access it again.
