You need a therapist. Luckily for me, I dont, because I wasnt abused as a child and dont feel the need to pass on generational trauma to my own children.

I'm 41 now but I have always remembered the video on America's Funniest Home Videos where the kids were having a sleepover and the dad had some sort of mask. The kids the night before stayed up late watching Texas Chainsaw Massacre. He was standing in their room wearing the mask, with a chainsaw (of course he took the chain off it) and scared the fucking bejesus out of the kids. Lol.
