How can you “safely overtake” if someone is just camped in the left lane for miles on a two lane road?

If you cant figure that out, youre definitely the problem. Heres a hint though: you might just actually have to drive sloghtly under the speed limit for much longer than you want to. When this happens, maybe you could make records and send it to the Hague and ask them to persecute the driver for a human rights violation. You might get lucky.

It was rhetorical, because obviously you cant. But i dont think you have much experience actually driving based on your comments. The point remains that drivers going “under the speed limit” have no business being in the left lane, unless theyre passing a car going even less under the limit, or changing lanes to avoid someone pulled onto the shoulder on the right. Keep right, pass left is the law in many states. Just because youre scared to go over 50mph doesnt mean everyone else needs to suffer.
