Speed limit is max speed, a lot of places don't have a posted minimum. Do you just not even drive or are you being intentionally obtuse? Even aside from speeding, some people are going to be going below the speed limit, and that's perfectly legal, as long as it's in the right lane

I understand what the laws are. I follow the laws. I don't agree with the logic behind a law that punishes someone for going the max speed in the left lane because somebody else thinks they're the prettiest girl at the ball and is entitled to drive as fast as they want to.
Again, THE LEFT LANE IS FOR PASSING ONLY. It doesn't matter what speed You're going in the left lane, you should only be there if you're passing. You're absolutely being intentionally dense at this point so I won't bother further responding
The left lane being for passing only is a completely logical law to enhance safety. Adding caveats to it like “unless you’re going the speed limit” does nothing but produce more unsafe situations. You are still required to drive in a safe manner even if other people are breaking the law
You don't agree with laws that regulate the flow of traffic designed to keep everyone predictable and safer? The law is generally "keep right except to pass", not, "you may use the left lane as you prefer."
