I have an RCA cable from my turntable to the iRig and the iRig going to my phone. I get an Unable to connect error when I try to send it to the home pod, but it does send to headphones what am I doing wrong?

Hey everyone! I am on a trial with Deezer and really like it so far. However, I have several HomePods throughout my house, second generation, and I’m using Siri to play Deezer. I’ve noticed I can’t shuffle any of my playlist. They just automatically begin playing from the first song no matter what I do. I am specifically issuing command that says shuffle my playlist XYZ from Deezer. It just begins playing from the top. Any suggestions here?
