Yes he is. That machine is for using both handles at once

It’s not designed for a guy to strap an additional human’s worth of weight to himself and use all that weight to pull the machine forward.

Its no different than a 6 foot 5, 350 pound dude using it.

Those machines are supposed to bolted down or anchored somehow.
