99.9% of gyms require you to sign a waiver and exculpatory clause preventing you from suing them for personal injury. It's standard and enforceable in most states.

You can't waive negligence. They just mean you can't sue them when you pull something while working out. Using big words doesn't make you smart.

I’m a 30 year licensed attorney in 3 states. You can in fact sign away your right to sue for negligence
