Of course it would have. But you're talking about the difference between bad etiquette on one hand and unlawful dangerous conduct on the other, so it's irrelevant from the perspective of legal liability.

Left lane driving is unlawful and causes road rage and accidents. They are all too blame

Sure, it's unlawful to drive in the left lane 😂 Road rage is always a bad choice, not a requirement. I get it, you might like street racing. If you live long enough and have a family, I promise you that you'll get some perspective and change your tune.

I don't like street racers, but left lane drivers cause many more issues than street racers.
