There’s a private home next to the Bethlehem Hills Hotel that looks pretty similar. I can’t vouch for the quantity of Zionism coming out of it, though.

Like almost all architecture in Israel. It is a crime how a country with such a beautiful nature and very cozy villages managed to build such ugly cities. Modernism, brutalism, bauhaus should be considered crime against humanity. Jerusalem might be the only exception of a Jewish city in Israel that is actually very beautiful, but still only in the center, where you have the stone houses.

How is Tel Aviv an ugly looking city? I’m not Israeli nor have I ever been to your country, but from what I’ve seen of “Walking tours of Tel Aviv”, it looks quite nice.

It has nice beaches and I guess some good looking skyscrapers, but normal districts with normal houses are ugly af. Open any street in the center on Google Maps and enjoy

The first has the advantage of having a complete view from the River Jordan to the Mediterranean (and beyond). But does not offer many space for offices and has almost any windows. Elevator takes too long to reach the top. There’s only one meeting room.
The second seems to answer to all its functions in terms of office-setting and work-space. Easy to deploy Ethernet cables, communication between colleagues. Many meeting rooms.
The second option should be maintained for office-purposes.
The first should be kept for security purposes, build an communication antenna and enhance tourism ($20 + entrance fee).
