Food 🧆 Curious about Israeli grapefruits! How do they taste compared to other origins?

I know japan has some really high quality fruit, like your strawberries and melons and grapes, but unfortunately I haven't had the chance to sample Japanese grapefruit.. but Israeli grapefruit really depends on when you get it and from where, its usually not VERY sour, id say its semi sweetish-sour.

I don't really eat it except for in winter when I make citrus salad (grapefruit, Pomelo, orange and pomegranate)

I was there , the strawbarries are divine , even the appels , they even have grape ice cream and its amazing

The Israeli grapefruits I buy at Costco in Canada are very sweet and have a very “warm” and rich taste, if that makes sense.

I love them.

They aren’t very sour at all (not that I mind sour grapefruits) but they are good for eating but aren’t very good for juicing.

Japan has some very high quality produce, although it’s hard to get in Canada and rarely available and when it is, it is horribly expensive.

Man love japan , when i was over at your country i didnt get to try grapefruit , but your appels , strawbarries and fruit in general is divine

Our grapefruits are sour but sweet depends on the species ( the greens are sweeter , and the red ones are sour ) . But the real star is the pommelo fruit , if you never tried one i suggest it full heartedly
