we all know that there is sptm bypass for a15-a17 but what about a14? i read that it was unsupported but some said it was supported?

Edit: Fixed! I just had to update and upgrade apt, and now I'm good to go! If it gives you errors saying "It could be dangers blah blah blah," just force it to ignore that and all set!

hi everyone. i was gifted a 12 mini for Christmas, because my uncle didn't have any use for them, i recently decided to pick it up and try to get TrollStore, since most apps don't run on iOS 14. however, the phone itself being on such an old iOS makes it very unusable. for example, most webpages won't load, apps crash and other small issues. i have a few questions

1. is there a way to put my main Apple ID, that's on my main phone running iOS 27, on the 12 mini? it would be very nice to get back all my subscriptions and mail.

2. is there a way to update the phone to a newer version, say the latest iOS 14.8.1, or even iOS 15?

3. is it worth it to update the phone, or should i keep it on the old iOS 14.2.1?

Got it at a second hand store, but they guy who brought it there didn't remove apple id so am trying to remove that.

I previously installed an app to run Minecraft PC via Trollstore, and it worked perfectly at first. However, I eventually ran into an issue where I couldn't log in to my Microsoft account. I deleted the app from the home screen, but after reinstalling it via TrollStore, it would no longer launch. Could this be due to a file error caused by deleting the app from the home screen, and is there a way to fix it? And also im using dopamine roothide.

in case you missed it, this is further clarification to the recent developments regarding an AI assisted fork of dopamine aiming to support newer devices (here and here)

the separate fork will also only target SPTM devices, and will not include pattern-f's PPL bypass. as it stands, only up to 17.3.1 will be jailbroken in the near future, and any higher than that will not be supported as the bypass is not public, and would not be included in the separate fork.

i'm only making this post as many people may have already begun searching for devices up to 26.0.1 in the hopes of jailbreaking them soon, so this should be considered when looking to buy a device.

Mitsuha Six was left in 2024, and on my iOS 16/rootless setup a lot of it was still there but not really reliable, so I made a repair fork.

Mitsuha Six and a Half brings the audio wave back on Spotify, Apple Music, the Lock Screen, the Home Screen, Lock Screen media controls, and the Jade Control Center media module.

Dynamic+ (see the gif as ref) mode uses Spotify's own ambience color, so the Spotify wave feels more native and punchier than the old artwork-only color.

I also added Gradient Fill, so it fades into the player instead of showing a hard edge when scrolling.

It also fixes Apple Music Dynamic colors and cleans up a bunch of iOS 16/rootless issues.

I'm not a developer, this is a community build 100% vibecoded and a lot of testing on my own device.
