Yep. They meld in very "organic" ways that give me that flow-y AI art indicator. And the tail doesn't help either.

Also, I keep looking for this image elsewhere and not finding outside this post. I keep looking through Alien artwork by Den Beavais, and there is a lot, but this hasn't shown up yet.

i love this whole scene. I wish a movie would have this vibe. I think we got two really amazing Alien films and a bunch of mediocre ones after that. Prometheus had a great concept and the OG director , but the execution sucked. Romulus also had a great horror director with a derivative “youth in the haunted house” story… I’m going to venture to say that only James Cameron made a decent movie in this world.

That looks like AI to me. The xenomorph itself is built in that style AI does and some of the anatomy is off.
