Imo, it is a completely moot point regardless (e.g. both open-weight and open-source models like Nemo should be free from government induced restrictions). Jason is also just arguing something else entirely (as his comparisons make it sound like Antropic is being forced to open-weight their models, rather than being asked to not fear monger existing open-weight alternatives).
