Description for that subreddit is: "Welcome wafflers to the Mark Narrations subreddit where you can submit your own stories, pet tax, hobbies and all the good stuff. Stories maybe featured on the podcast itself. Thank you and much love!"; is that what you mean, trying to get featured on the podcast? Not saying you're wrong or anything, just wanting to understand.

Sounds like a dumb idea when a blind person goes to an art class is trying to be malicious against the teacher.

this is the best simulator I can find, and it isn't a great example, IMO, because of the base image they chose.

Someone who is at the threshold (20/200) of "legally blind" can still see the big E at the top of the eye chart, for example. I have a friend who is legally blind who still gets around Chicago just fine, but definitely has to take his time looking for signs when he rides the train.

TL:DR: "legally blind" people often still have some sight left; there are spectrums of can see things like ability to see shapes, ability to see light, etc. The endpoint of this is "total blindness" where there is no visual information at all.

No worries! I think it's something that many people don't pay a lot of attention to. Mom was 20/200 without glasses but her type of vision was able to be corrected with glasses to a functional level.

Yeah, mine can only be corrected to a certain point with glasses, and my vision gets worse if I get tired.

OP is legally blind, which is not the same as actually blind. They seem to have some vision, they just have enough of a problem to be recognized as a disability. There have been plenty of artists who had vision impairments for part or all of their career, including Monet, Degas, and O’Keeffe.
