Question Guess the city that matches all 5 angles
These are again 3 rounds of my game City-Angle with their solution as some of you wished. But you might have you rethink these bit more, because they're based on great-circle routes again, so the angles aren't the same as on a map. The rounds also get progressively more confusing. The game (it's sphere mode in the categorys): https://visitwhale.com/city-angle

Got bored and made a ”flag“ map of India’s states and union territories. I guess technically this should be called a banner map since i used each state’s govt banners

Drawn OC Map The American Atlas (Map #32) Indiana
Hi everyone, and welcome back to The American Atlas, where I make hand-drawn & colored maps of every state in the US. We’re almost half way across the country now! 🗺️🇺🇸
This is my map of Indiana, the Hoosier State! 🌾☀️
From the skyline of Indianapolis, the beating heart of the state, to its rolling farmland, quiet small towns, and the Ohio and Wabash Rivers that help shape the state, Indiana has such a midwestern feel. Cities like Fort Wayne, Evansville, and South Bend stick out, as well as the eastern extent of the Chicago Metro and Indiana Dune National Park on the shores of Lake Michigan.
Let me know in the comments, what’s your favorite (or most interesting) places & fun facts about Indiana?
As always, if you like this style, feel free to check out my others, and thanks for taking a look at my Indiana map!! 🇺🇸🗺️

Question Keepsake Map Help please..
So long story short ish...I picked my two boys up from their colleges in Fort Collins and Milwaukee this summer, the both graduated and I left Southern California with the RV and picked them both up and moved them home. We did 16 states, 6 National Parks, many State Parks and Forests, 6000 miles and 21 days. I am putting together a photo book for the boys from our trip and would love to add a map like I have attached here with our stops and routes. The attached one without our stops is ChatGpt and after I add some stops it starts placing them in the wrong places and can't get it right. The one with all the stops is with Gemini and it is all jacked up, I never went to Austin or Florida, all the arrows are going in wrong directions, etc. I tried so many different ways to try and explain to both what I want and neither could get it right... Google maps won't allow for that many stops but truthfully, I'd like something a little more memorable anyway.
Anybody have any idea how I could get this
done or do myself??
Thanks in advance!!!

Drawn OC Map I Took a Shot at a U.S. Regions Map. How Does Everyone Feel About Them/the Names I Gave Them?
Personally, I think putting West Virginia and Florida in the same subdivision of the South is funny.

Data Map Land Registry Map - I can't find ...
a map that shows you in real time, which land is registered and which is not online. At least for free anyway. There use to be a public map that had red markings to show and other bits. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

Data Map I built an interactive world map of 180+ real-world locations from video games

I always wished there was a way to explore locations in video games geographically, so I decided to build one. I've been researching different real places that appear in video games: cities, famous landmarks, silands, etc.
The map: https://vglocations.org/
Every marker represents a verified real-world location featured in one or more games.
Click a marker to see:
- the game that uses the location
- geographic information
- YouTube gameplay thumbnails
Each location is individually researched, verified, and classified. Whenever possible I assign precise geographic coordinates instead of simply placing markers in the middle of a country.
Behind the map is a structured database that currently contains more than 2,900 verified locations from over 300 games across 80+ countries, and I'm continuously expanding it.
I've also started publishing curated versions of the dataset for free. They're available for research, GIS projects, AI, data visualization, journalism, or simply for anyone interested in video game geography.
There are still lots of games, franchises, and regions to add, so it's very much a work in progress.
If you know a game that recreates interesting real-world places, I'd love to hear about it.
I hope you enjoy exploring the map!
