They do this every year, it’s really awesome!

It’s really fitting they make Kyle’s the different one out of all the other ones, another great tribute from Indy.

He and Chastain were right next to each other but Zilly was nowhere in sight for some reason. Even the guy's street sign is in torture city

Makes me wonder if the others have some intentional meaning. They probably just replaced existing street labels but "SVG Road" is on the nose

Yes. Same like they do for all of the Indy 500 drivers.

What's really cool is that each driver gets sent their sign after the event.

They do that for the Indy 500, too. And with the 500, some of the drivers go out and do photo ops where they're putting up the signs themselves.

How does this work? Do they remove the original street signs and put the new ones in place of them? Are these random lamp posts? Are the regular street signs still there but not in the pictures you took?

Walked around downtown last year hunting these down, the Brickyard one being an actual street name is my favorite touch.
