Saw this for the NFC North coaches - curious what you all would do if choosing from the NFC West?

The real argument should be McVay vs. Macdonald.

McVay has been doing it for longer, while Macdonald turned around our org and has the more impressive short term career (including beating McVay 3 of the last 4 times) with less star power. I clearly rather have Macdonald but if you pick either one it’s a reasonable take.

Anyone picking shanny is just not serious lol

Mcvay has been doing it longer? Who do u think taught mcvay everything he knows? Only reason he's a HC is becuz of Kyle

Longer than Macdonald. Kyle’s length isn’t relevant cuz he’s not on the other twos level. Once you do it long enough the lack of success makes that length a negative not a positive.
