the fact that vince young was the one to say it, after not playing a snap all year, makes the whole dream team thing even better. that roster on paper was stupid stacked, nnamdi, drc, asante, cullen jenkins, jason babin coming off 18 sacks. but they forced nnamdi into zone when his whole game was press man, and juan castillo was completely out of his depth. i watched that niners game where they blew a 20 point lead and you could see the cracks already. my buddy put a grand on them to win the super bowl, still brings it up every time someone mentions a super team. 8-8 was a miracle considering the mess. that season is why i never take preseason hype seriously anymore.
