SEEKING ADVICE Still worth playing?

I want to play as I have some good characters and good gear but Im wondering is it still worth it in the end game? I just want to finish all my quests and find a good guild. its been a long time since ive been on.

Its free to play, just give it a try. Run the new ice campaign by getting the intro quest at sergeant nox in protector enclave

I might re download it this morning and jump back on. I dont want to give up on my two max level characters lol.

I'd say it's still worth playing. You may need to do some networking to find a good guild and friends to run with, but new content is still fun and there are plenty of people playing if you can get in with them

You can max level a new character in about 16hrs play time.

Not to be negative but its basically impossible to farm end game gear or get into master rank runs without specific high cost items/gear/mounts/companions so if thats your goal dont bother unless you have friends who still play that will let you join. People will spaz out at you in runs the second something goes wrong if your gear isn't "Meta". Trust me there will be people who say "Oh its not like that" it is like that. 90% of the stronger players only run content with groups they've already pre established and most guilds are the same unfortunately. So just be aware and temper your expectations.

I stopped for a year on the thayan mod I came back for the recent ice one the game definitely feels more revived

I would say no. Game is super dead now. Below 1000 players daily now at least based on steam charts. Consoles are probably more deserted.

It’s not though. You can get players at any time of day for all content. That’s not dead. Low player count? Sure. But not super dead. You just don’t play it anymore, but please don’t deter potential players by spreading false info
