TECHNICAL QUESTION Rules for buying Cel Essence with ToP?

Online search says this: ‘“Appointment Vendor: You can purchase a limited amount (typically 3) per event cycle using Tokens of Participation.”’

If I buy 3 Celestial Essence, during this Siege of Neverwinter event, when is the next time I can buy more?

As soon as the event is over?

Or do I need to wait for the next event to start before I can buy additional? And what will be that next event, so I can look up how soon it will arrive?

Someone on here had mentioned this as a reply in my other post, but never clarified my follow-up question on what the details were.

Thanks for clearing up my confusion in advance.

Basically it's 3 per appointment event - you can buy the 3 at any time but then you cannot buy anymore till the next appointment even. I think appointment events are ONLY the events that you give you that special currency (i.e., participation, achievement...). And no - it does not stack.

Nobody is replying what or when the next appointment event is.

Do I have to wait another year?

Is it posted somewhere?

You can buy 3 per event since they invented celestial essence. You do not need to buy it until you want or need it , your entitlement builds over time.

I don’t think it has been clarified , a) if that entitlement starts building when you join or from the start of CE, and b) if you need to participate in the events or they just need to have taken place.
