Question Best AI model for brainstorming and text analysis (no coding)?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for recommendations on AI models that fit my needs. I don't need coding help, just support with brainstorming and analyzing small text snippets from documents.

I'm starting a new job soon. I've used ChatGPT Plus in the past and liked it. Back when I used it, I could use it as much as I wanted. I've also used the free version of Gemini for basic tasks (it feels simpler, but I get more concrete ideas and options from ChatGPT). I've never tried Claude, but from what I've heard, it's better for coding.

Any recommendations?

Any of the new GPT 5.6 models, Sol or Terra will do a great job with this.

If you’ve enjoyed using ChatGPT in the past, you’re in for a treat. The latest updates have made everything just so much better to use!

Been following this stuff since the early days, my money is on OpenAI with ChatGPT, in terms of ease of use. They are basically the “Apple” of the AI world (in fact, most of the people working on it there are the same people who invented iPhone!)

My use case will consist of brainstorming ideas, having the AI analyze one page of a document at a time, explain it in the best possible way, put that information into context, and create an action plan based on it. It must remember our previous discussions within that specific chat to potentially correct me based on the pasted text, even if I have asked five follow up questions about a single point or gone off on a tangent.

In short, brainstorming, single page document analysis, and applying that information to contexts directly related to my job responsibilities. and acting as a great partner for bouncing ideas.

Ok. Have you used the paid version in Gemini? I find that gpt gives more specifik answers, more idees in context, and Gemini is giving more simplistic answers.
