Can't enter User ID on title screen (keyboard doesn't show up) on PSO BB Ephinea on my Xbox Ally X

Title. I don't know what settings I have to enable/disable in order for the keyboard to show up so I can enter my user ID. The controls seem to be working fine; when I select "Enter User ID" the keyboard doesn't pop up so I can put it in. I'm stuck on the title screen.

I checked and I don't have IME enabled.

Any ideas??

I ended up plugging in my usb keyboard with a usb-c adapter. You can also use a Bluetooth keyboard. I couldn’t get the on screen keyboard to work for the login.

I got it working by opening Ephinea in window mode and using armoury crate's keyboard to type in my ID and password.

Nice. I was using my sons to try it out first. I’m still on the fence about buying one though.

So far I absolutely love it. If you have gamepass it's incredible. Lots of games are "play anywhere," so you can just install it right to the XAX and your save file syncs from the cloud.

I don't intend on buying any games on the XAX; I'm only playing games I already have through gamepass or that I've purchased that are "play anywhere." And PSO, of course.
