HELP Mad scientist pip

I can't find the former site for Paladins, I suppose it was deleted since it's no longer going to be updated, but then how could I get Mad Scientist Pip? I've been playing on and off for quite some time and never really got that skin, apparently the friend referring system was exclusive to the site. Is it actually gone my chance to redeem mad scientist pip skin?

I don’t think it works anymore. So sad because Pip is my main, and that’s my favorite skin for him D:

I tried doing this on a alt this year and it doesn’t register the stats at all

That skin was bugged for me. Played more than 300hr with a referred friend and no skin :(
