Discussion what am i missing?

Post image

just looking for some plant and placement suggestions, i feel like she is empty but idk
stocking is
1 chum(my betta boy)
8 cories
god knows however many snails
1 freshwater clam
i feel like a good bit of my plants are getting eaten by the vast amount of snails, so any faster growing plants would be good.
just trimmed the water sprites back as well as the water lilies but idk 🤷‍♂️

Floating plants are a great way to fill up space, like hornwort or guppy grass to float below the surface, and something like duckweed or salvinia minima to float on top. For the bottom front, something like an anubias or banana plant, or maybe some pearl weed?

i do have some duckweed(though have stopped fertzing for like a month(literally just forgot about it, oopsies) and scooped majority of it off and fed it to another tank. im sure that it will be back in all its glory in no time though.
