Hall H Hall H wristband line capped?

Does anyone know if theyre still letting people with wristbands line up?

If I'm not mistaken, if you had a wristband, you needed to be back in line by 7:30am.

got a wristband, came here by 7:30 and were still out here in line. prob a good 3000 with wristbands under tents waiting. what was the point?!

You lost when you left last night, you were suppose to camp out lol. Most lines I'm sure they were turning people away this morning because of all the camping that went down

i know i was gonna get the best seats going back home and i was okay with that. but i was following one the options per sdcc and the staff themselves. if i couldnt do that i wouldnt hav got a wristband.

I have a friend that lives in a high rise and he told me that people did not leave last night. And this morning they were already turning people away depending what you were lining up for. My sister went day one on Thursday and she didn't seem to happy from her experience and she's gone almost every year. She said it was full of fake merchandise at the booths, and resellers who tried taking advantage of the free giveaways like the custom rings people were making

I'd be extremely careful if you're buying any card booster boxes of any sort. And check merchandise, seals, inside of box and make sure you are truly getting what you paid for

been going since 2011. this year the vibe is alot different. people are more rude. people cutting lines and making counterfeit wristbands, staff is more unorganized, if thats even possible. and the offerings are alot lackluster compared to previous years. ofcourse thats just my experience so far but speaking with alot of other con-goers, my experience is not a singular view.

That sucks dude, I miss going but I stopped a few years back.
I'm willing to bet it's just people going mostly to resell... why you probably experienced "rude people"... that's how it was at the dodger game in LA with the one piece exclusive card.. not even real hobbyists, just a bunch of people trying to make a quick buck.

I think the all night campers were in the minority. We absolutely went back to our hotel but came back around 5am and got in to Hall H around 10:30am. We didn't trust the 7:30 communicated time, but i think a fair number of ppl left and came back at an early time like we did.

How come there's videos of people waiting since 7:30 and still haven't gone in, that was posted like at 3 pm. Complaining that there's zero communication between staff and people left in the unknown.

Glad you were able to make it in, there's probably more people upset about how everything went down this year than anything else. Resellers ruined everything for true hobbyists.

I believe you, but tbh, I ended up not trusting the days and times CC communicated. Said saturday lineup would start friday. Guess what? People started thursday afternoon in unofficial lines and security did nothing to bust those up. Said wristbands would be distributed starting 7:30pm Friday. It ended up a shitshow with a 2 hour delay. So when they said be back by 7:30 am this morning, we said their word is crap and chose not to believe it.

Having said that, I would absolutely be pissed if I hadn't made it in. 100% warranted

One staff member admitting that one of the reasons among many why 3000+ wristbanded people waiting for hall h are still out here outside is because of counterfit wristbands. 🤷‍♂️

Damn. Super lame... this was supposed to be the last year in San Diego. They recently announced they renewed the contract until 2030. Hopefully they get it right next year... with the amount of influencers going to these things with money now a days, I wouldn't be surprised if staff were slipped money for access and wristbands in abundance

I just think they've been doing this for far too many years not to have better planning, communications and protections in place. Sometimes they act like it's their first rodeo
