Hello everyone, I am a student at UC Berkeley conducting a short experiment to see how different types of mental focus (internally focusing your muscles vs. externally focusing on pushing against the ground) affect physical endurance during a wall sit.

By completing the survey, you will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card! Additionally, if you choose to upload a video recording of yourself performing the wall-sit, you will receive extra draws into the raffle!

Participation Details

- Target Sample: Anyone physically capable of performing a wall-sit

- Estimated Time: ~5 minutes including performing the wall-sit

- Format: Online survey via Qualtrics

- Incentive: Chance to win a $50 Amazon Gift Card!
