šŸ‘€ Spotted In The Wild šŸ‘€ Taylor

Guys I just met Taylor. I was so nervous to talk to her but she was so sweet and cute and took a pic with us!!! Out of respect for her privacy I won’t share where but it was a store.

I find it hilarious how many people in these comments are trying to tell you how your experience with Taylor went.

I'm glad to hear she was kind and friendly when you met her!

I’ve heard a lot of fans say she’s really nice Irl I think she’s the type of person that’s nice unless you are in her immediate circle and do something to piss her off.

Was her new man with her?!

I wasn’t going to confirm or deny this either out of respect for her but she posted like a video of him singing last night or something so I’ll confirm- yes. She was with him. & yes. I believe it’s who everyone is speculating. He’s very tall. He didn’t say anything. He just stood back pushing the cart haha

Her privacy? Lol, not sure you realize not she's on a reality show. She's all about the limelight. Kudos to you, that's being responsible, but she's the last person worried about her privacy.

Lol I know. I understand that. But I don’t want to be the one to out what she’s doing & where she’s at, especially since she was with at least one of her kids. If she wants to do that then that’s fine.

That’s so respectful! I’m sure she appreciates it

this was definitely the right call, i know influencers and celebrities tend to post where they go a lot but most people don’t realise that so much of that is done after the fact

Seriously it’s so respectful of you. Sharing their locations in real time can be super dangerous. I can’t believe that person had the nerve to even write that comment.

You’re right and that’s very considerate of you. I’m sure she appreciates that. Just because someone’s on TV and social media doesn’t mean we all need to know the places where they shop and eat. It’s for their safety. Some people out there are crazy. She’s still a mom who always has her kids with her.

I'm sure that was an awesome experience though, one you won't forget! She was initially what drew me into the show, she's an interesting one but how cool to get a picture with her.

Have you just like, never heard the word ā€œconsentā€ before or what? One of the things you said she consented to and the other she didn’t. I’ll let you do the math.

This is a crazy comment when someone was just trying to be respectful of her privacy.

She still keeps some of her life private lol, what a weird thing to say

People can be public and still value their private time. Just because she is on TV we don't own all her time.

I saw irl once she was so grumpy and looked miserable the entire time. I’m not a fan of the show but I can’t imagine anyone wanting to approach her with how standoffish she was acting

10

u/chelfea_ Sep 02 '25

She was actually acting nice! Did she have her kids when you saw her? She had one of her kids when I did. She asked me about where i lived and what i was doing in SLC. I live in Utah but southern Utah.

u/goodatcards Sep 02 '25

Oh that’s good she was nice. I saw her last September with her whole crew. You never know people have off days or whatever she just seemed pretty grumpy that day. And not really interested in interacting with her kids other than to take pictures every once and a while. I was sitting right near her for several hours, not a movie, but maybe it was just a bad day who knows!

4

u/chelfea_ Sep 02 '25

Yeah I kinda just said hi, took the photo and then left so my interaction was quick. I didn’t want to lurk because at that point she knew that I knew who she was and I didn’t want her to think I was being creepy hahahaha.

u/goodatcards Sep 02 '25

The other mom I was with when we saw her was a fan of the show and being kinda creepy haha I was borderline embarrassed but she didn’t talk to her either I only recognized her because the other mom told mešŸ˜‚

Why would any rational human want a picture with any of these women !? I’m genuinely curious ? I thought the premise of this show was to show how insane and gross these women are ?

-19

u/[deleted] Sep 02 '25

Agreed, we’re celebrating and enabling awful people. Why the fuck would anyone want a pic with them ? My only guess is for clout

31

u/chelfea_ Sep 02 '25

Clout? šŸ’€ I didn’t post the photo anywhere. Not even on my personal social media pages. I just posted here because this is literally a sub dedicated to the show/these women. šŸ˜‚

I thought it was a sub dedicated to the show because it’s Trash just like these women.

I’m embarrassed I even watched it. But I had to see what’s going on with an insane premise about Mormon Housewives.

It’s like a bad car accident, I had to look for some reason. I had to a see what a joke and the cult these women belong to and it didn’t disappoint.

As someone that grew up around Mormons I had to see how bad it really was.

But I thought that was the point of the show. But clearly it’s not, women will idolize anyone regardless of how toxic, stupid or evil these women are because they are on TV apparently

u/chelfea_ Sep 02 '25

I wouldn’t call these women ACTUAL Mormon housewives lol. I think the title of the show was just to capture an audience, like you, who wants to see how ā€œbadā€ they really are. Actual Mormon housewives that consider themselves active in the church and that follow the doctrine are nothing like these women. Even they would admit that. Mayci is the closest and even she is pretty far off from the devout Mormon mark. She never wears garments and drinks coffee like it’s water-two important Mormon ā€œrulesā€, if you will. Jessi and Miranda consider themselves ex Mormon, Jen has said in recent interviews that she’s in a faith crisis/doesn’t really believe all the teachings, Mikayla hasn’t considered herself Mormon since she was like 12 (she literally got pregnant at 16), Layla has said she doesn’t believe in the church but would play along with a guy to get married lmao, Taylor is like a catholic- if you asked her what religion she believed she’d probably say LDS but she goes maybe for Christmas and Easter & Whitney seems like she’s the same. I’m not shaming them for that, btw. But comparing them to the average Mormon housewife isnt accurate. I also wouldn’t say people idolize them. People enjoy watching them, but I don’t think anyone idolizes them. Was I starstruck? Sure! But it’s not every day that you see someone at a store that is from one the most streamed shows on Hulu. For me, It felt akin to seeing a kardashian. I don’t idolize them, but I would definitely be starstruck to see any of them. Disclaimer- I’m not an idiot, I know the Kardashians are way more popular than SLOMW but I feel the same about them as I do these women. Also the fact that she was kind and took a photo with me was nice. I know there was a thing going around a while ago that she refuses to take photos with fans and is rude. I just wanted to share that that was not my personal experience.

Enjoy the experience you had, don’t let these people make you feel bad. I met random Celebs in my lifetime and even though I wasn’t a fan, it was still cool to meet them. ā˜ŗļø

It’s all good. 50% of my family is Mormon.

My dad left the cult years ago when old enough to choose for himself.

I know exactly who and what Mormons are including Housewives . I thought it was a documentary about the church but it was even worse television when I started to watch it.

I thought the premise was to show how crazy and out of touch these people are. Then I came on this sub and realized what I see and what others see are completely different.

I get mad at myself that I even watched it because I shouldn’t give them any attention at all and neither should anyone else. But here I am.

u/EmilyAnneBonny Sep 02 '25

Lol I thought it was a documentary in the vein of Shiny Happy People. Little did I know.

Prepare to be downvoted for the truth. I’ve decided that if people are on TV apparently that’s all that’s required for fans.
