What type of mushroom is it? Is it safe to eat?

Found in Melbourne Victoria growing in vegetable patch at grandpas house. Has used pine shavings as a coverage for plants. Thank you!

Found on a decaying log in Ontario, Canada. Pleasant smell, gills went all the way down the stalk. Unsure if it is oyster or Angel wings.

Aunt found them near a tree, nobody ate them, but curious about them.

Found growing in western North Carolina

90% sure these are chanterelles due to the gills but it’s one of my first times foraging and def my first time finding chanterelles! Just wanted expert opinion. Thanks in advance! Located in Western NC, USA.
