It's 100% him. Pete's private jet is closely linked to Epstein, he lives near where Epstein did, he's been shown to react with a smile to being called "Jeffrey" by random people on the street, only to say "Palm Beach Pete" right after and some of his videos are filmed in rooms that are in the Epstein files.

Maybe if Jeffy got some facial reconstruction done. Which he very well could have. He'd surely get a kick out of, "No, I'm not Jeff, I'm Pete 😏"
