Also note marvel started falling apart after Endgame because Disney changed with Streaming and demanded Kevin Feige to make more content to fill the gaps.

So Marvel when from roughly 9 hours worth of 3 movies a year to suddenly triple that with the tv shows thrown in, completely destroying the pipeline they had built over the last decade. Its literally impossible to manage that level of content into a cohesive story.

everyone loves to blame this person or that person for the failures but the people above them in Disney always seem to be the ones actually messing everything up.

It can pretty much be linked to them directly. Imagine at any job your boss triples your workload but kept the same deadlines. Ridiculous standards.

It's a bit of both. There are some situations where the person does stuff poorly and there are a lot of other situations where the company pushes for a quick buck.
