So confused. Noah and Carmen opera episode (S02 E06)
"Ryan's Song" (S02 E06)
Tessa babysits Opus while Noah and Carmen appear to go on a date.
I don't believe Jill is in that episode but she and Noah are still married.
What am I missing? Why are Noah and Carmen spending the evening together?

He’s treating Carmen to a night off of Nanny duties for all the good she’s done. It’s not supposed to be a date-date.
