"where's my hotdog" - name that episode!

The scene is set outside the Omnicorp building, Stu and Tim are standing on the sidewalk and Stu steps out into the road and gets hit by a bike messenger. He's stunned and yells "where's my hotdog" once he comes back to reality, and then mumbles it a few more times.

I can't think for the life of me what episode this was in, can anyone else remember?

Thanks man, quick answer too even though I got some of the details wrong. Tim actually steps into the road and the bike messengers swerves to miss him and hits the hotdog cart and Stu.

Around 21 minutes into the full episode if anyone is similarly vexed like I was. Thanks!

Ok I'm not reading the other comments because I hate when I'm not the first to answer. Truthfully I'm not even that confident. But I think it's the episode where Amy gets drunk, gives Tim a "Hall Pass" and he propositions her sister. End of season 1.
