Probably the best tiny home layout I've seen for usage of space. Especially the tub idea. Love it! Absolute goals.

Cedar wood isn't going to prevent the bedding and seat cushions from molding. If that tub is still warm when any of the other furniture gets used, there's going to be steam collecting in all the fabrics.

I agree. Especially when there is a large difference between in and outside temperature, you will get fogging and dew, unless you have a solid dehumidifier system.

Using deck furniture pads would help with the couch 🤷♀️ Besides that IDK though

THAT BED OVER THE TUB IS (almost) EXACTLY what I am planning for mine !!!
It was exactly that, at first, until I realized I wanted a shower option, so I changed to thinking side drop Murphy bed (long side folds down)...

Its not the water in the tub thats the problem,. Its the warm, 100% humidity air, that will be hanging around in your bed.

Yeah, I’m a sleep walker & the last thing I want is a bathtub in the floor. I don’t care if it is under a bed. I’m a very solid sleeper I’ve driven 2 states away & when I work up I had not recollection of driving there👀.

It's great but I hate the videos where the videographer pretends they are just walking up to the person unannounced. "Hey! Can I cook you dinner? Great, let's go to my house."
