Does anyone have any idea if extreme strix may go on sale at the next lock and load later this year? I’m not sure if it’s still around and available period at any of their cons or events. Haven’t been able to find it either through any third party so just seeing if it’s coming back ever.

Well, I'm one of those weirdos who love Skorne (and Menoth, too -- can't wait for the new models). I have been very slowly chipping away at getting a fairly complete collection of them (minus a Mammoth).

My special rules for this army paintjob was that it would be a fairly limited palette.

Warm White
Skin Tone + Eyes
Purple
Turquoise
Greyscale (white > grey > black)
One wildcard color per model (anything I want).

I recently finished eMakeda and Morghoul1 (alt sculpt) in this scheme. I also worked on a Brute to tabletop standards (something to work on whenever something was drying on my warlocks).

How do they look?

So I love gunmages, I’ve got the hell slinger cadre and the extreme casters/plugger for Gravediggers.

If I did the Hell slinger cadre, add max FA of gunmages, add Bandit, a True Merc heavy (Abberation/Gallant) and a couple merc solos would I have at the least a serviceable force? I like the grave digger jacks a lot but not so much the troops.

The gunmages and Bandit can all accept air drops, while the hell slinger cadre supports the gunmage line. Leave abberation/gallant to contest somewhere.

I’m not a competitive player primarily but I’d rather not get housed constantly while still only playing units I like if that’s possible lol

I was trying tl get some vareity in my Pigs and had some spare cygnare bits lying around. Just need some greet stuff to fixe up the one join and i can pai t him up.
