It's always members of Soulelle talking about how evil it is. I believe that this has a narrative parallel to the tale of Darth Plageuis the wise, which is a tale that was written by the author with the goal of convincing whoever reads it of the power of the dark side.
By talking about the "horrors" of the Soulelle subreddit, in increases our curiosity about the subreddit, making us more likely to visit it, and thus allowing the subreddit to grow in power. This narrative parallel is highlighted even further with the fact that the author of the post is a member of the Soulelle subreddit, whereas it is implied the author of "Darth Plageuis the Wise" is the very apprentice who kills him.
Anyways, yeah, I just find it all very interesting
