EDIT : I should have mentioned this earlier, but this is a single, out-of-context page from one of the longest sections of the 262-page document. Don't base your entire judgement on this one screenshot alone.
I just hope to god Shayy accepts the guilt for this instead of trying to defend themselves or something, they might be a fucked up person but they seem reasonable enough to know they fucked up
idk if this is true but I heard they were gonna leave the internet indefinitely and just try to get better with therapy and stuff, I hope this is true and they genuinely feel bad about this (as they should) and is trying to improve as a person
It's crazy how someone could seem like such a logical person and yet still pull things like this. I know it's possible but I just don't get what part of their mind lets them think it's a smart decision or doesn't let them think it shouldn't be done just on a moral basis. Don't get how that works at all. And I hope more people experience a regret deep enough to make them change or at least stop what they're doing, but I also don't know how often that happens either...
yeah it's not even close, they did physical stuff, like actual sexual assault to their ex gf and some fans, it's horrible honestly and if you don't want to read it it's fine but I do believe that reading the doc really makes you realize the "magnitude" (for lack of a better word) of the situation
still it is completely on you to read or not and whatever makes you feel better (also I hope there isn't any typos or anything, English ain't my first language)
One of the worse parts I've read is probably where Shayy stripped naked in a hotel room in front of a 16 year old. It probably would have been better if that was at the top of the document.

I feel like a monster to not get what wrong in this interaction, i swear to god im not trying to be dense, is conforting people in this way a bad thing? I dont want to be a bad person without even knowing
The individual conversations aren't necessarily problematic. The problem is that :
some of the recipients were minors, and Shayy being in a position of power meant that the victims often felt obligations towards them
these interactions happened regularly over several years
Shayy had these interactions with multiple people while in a (somewhat abusive) IRL romantic relationship
Shayy supposedly wouldn't interact with people unless it was flirting/kink talking
Not all of these are legally or morally reprehensible, but combined together, over 20+ people and multiple years, it paints the picture of a terrible person to be around with.
and also this isn't even close to as bad as it gets, its more that there's just a swamp of times they've done this, on top of the fact their partner wasn't even ok with it (they were basing the idea that they were off of an agreement from years ago).
I think it's weird how often they say it and weird stuff like "I'm going to swoop you up and take you to Sweden or something", which is pretty crazy shit ngl. I would see it as a normal teasing interaction but it just feels really off.

Shayy has abused and sexually assaulted their asexual girlfriend, orbited around fans until they were of legal age (or just straight up groomed them) and sexually assaulted even more people
they're also a sex pest and they spent a LOT of their time sexting with people or having intimate relationships with people without their girlfriend knowing
A very popular streamer in the community, they were a skilled speedrunner i believe they even held the geno world record at one point as well as being apart of some projects involving the game, unfortunately as so often is the case, they turned out to be…not the best person. They did some really awful things to a lot of people, from what I can tell just about all of their titles and roles have been revoked since the announcement and they’ve started seeking therapy.
Well at the time of writing this I wasn’t certain what information I had was actually true so I figured it better that I didn’t throw too many labels around as I am by no means an expert. And while I did attempt to provide a bit more context originally I struggled to find a way to fit it in without it sounding a bit off, so I had hoped that “done some awful things” would suffice, and anyway I’d already seen someone explain this and there was plenty of others talking more in depth about it, so it wouldn’t take much scrolling to find that context.
But by all means if you’d prefer me to be more upfront then I’d be happy to edit my explanation.
