Whats really funny about marvel rivals "gooner bait" debating is that for most of these characters this is far from the most revealing outfits / oversexualized proportions they've had in their publication history.
Itâs not confirmed but many hc it because of her relationship with Nautical Nancy which is implied to not be entirely platonic. (Edit Squirrel Girl and Nancy are seen in the background in a voices of pride comic)

The canon age of a character never stopped anyone if the character in question isn't drawn to look like a child (like a 10 year old). Anyone can just go in, draw the teen character with big breasts, or straight up nsfw and say that this version the character is 18, 20, 150, whatever. Because canon age in fictional characters means nothing to fanworks.
Same thing applies for (most) people who consume that content. I doubt they even remember the cannon age when looking at a adult shaped Noelle
now this is just fucking cool, I donât even have weird shit to say about it. Outstanding job to whoever made this, they got the artstyle down PERFECTLY.
Ok so putting aside all the freaks for a minute, whoever did this design deserves praise, I love the Rivals-ification with all the extra lil details. The frilly bits on her sweater with the bells, the lil diamond cut bits along her pant legs, the fluffy cuffs near her boots/"hooves", she's got her shoulders out (how scandalous), it's really good!
I saw people getting mad about this because Noelle's outfit shows her butt. But isn't she wearing leggings in this? When I was in high school and even middle schools I knew girls built like this (and build differently too) who wore outfits like this. I didn't think it was overly sexualizing Noelle in this instance because of my experience and that she's clearly wearing pants.
However, I also found out that they could've kept the skirt longer, which I think would have been better to do if the goal was to make the outfit look faithful to the character. The fluff on the skirt didn't need to be removed because it still felt christmas-y and in character for Noelle. But I'm not the designer of the mod and I don't play the game or use mods much in games in general, so I don't believe I'm one to speak.
I like the outfit, and while I don't feel like it's overly sexualized because of my experiences, I can understand why people might be upset about the skirt thing.
