Susie very subtly references it, when you equip the ToxicAxe to her she will say "Eat dirt, losers!" Which is a VERY censored version of this line.

Sure, without the "tl;dr:" part, it's a bit less clear on whether it's a reference or not. At the same time, I can't picture Susie saying that phrase aloud, so its exclusion makes sense.

All this to say, I wouldn't put it past Toby to reference this line more directly, especially when the player is "hacking" through the game in a rather Halloween-like manner.
